🎓 UP Scholarship 2025‑26 – Pre & Post Matric Scholarship Online Form

The Uttar Pradesh Government’s Social Welfare Department has launched the UP Scholarship & Fee Reimbursement Scheme 2025‑26 through the SAKSHAM portal. Open to students from Class 9 up to postgraduate and diploma/ITI levels (Pre‑Matric & Post‑Matric), this scheme provides direct financial aid to eligible SC, ST, OBC, Minority, General (EWS) category students. ✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh
• Studying in a recognized institution in UP (Class 9 onwards, including UG/PG/Diploma/ITI/dashmottar)
• Family Annual Income:
• General / OBC / Minority / EWS: ≤ ₹2,00,000 per year
• SC / ST: ≤ ₹2,50,000 per year
• Must have passed previous academic year (fresh or renewal)
• Not receiving another central or state scholarship simultaneously

• Aadhaar Card (linked with mobile number)
• Bank Passbook in student’s name
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate
• Enrollment Number & last year’s Marksheet
• Passport-size photograph
• Admission Slip / Student identity certificate from institution (for verification)

🛠️ How to Apply Online

1. Visit the official UP Scholarship portal: scholarship.up.gov.in
2. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) to generate a unique Registration ID
3. Select appropriate form type: Pre‑Matric или Post‑Matric (Fresh or Renewal) as per your class/category
4. Fill application form, upload required documents
5. Submit the form and take a printout
6. Submit printed application to your institution within the deadline
