🧾 How to Fill UP Police OTR Form 2025
- Register with a unique Email ID and Mobile Number. These cannot be changed later.
- Use Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport for document validation.
- Ensure your Name, DOB, and Gender match exactly with your Matriculation certificate.
- If DigiLocker fails to fetch data, enter manually as per your 10th certificate.
- Complete all sections and save the registration number for future use.
